Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an EHS Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm–2:00am) in Fairburn, GA. You will oversee the EHS team to ensure regulatory compliance and support company objectives while maintaining efficient operations in a warehousing environment.

The role requires 2 years of related experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility for overtime. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and audit skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related work experience in EHS or safety roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and scanner equipment.
• Availability for flexible schedule including overtime, weekends when needed.
• Experience with warehousing/distribution EHS practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated support to the EHS team, ensuring compliance at the highest level.
• Maintain, coordinate and communicate EHS processes and procedures.
• Review and ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Conduct on-site audits of facility requirements related to EHS programs.
• Develop and communicate EHS programs and action plans as needed.
• Lead safety meetings, training and continuing education.
