Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an EHS professional to join our team, reporting to the EHS Manager. This role supports the second shift (3 pm–11 pm) and partners with cross‑functional teams across Supply Chain and Manufacturing to integrate safety into daily operations.

You will manage projects from concept through implementation, develop training content, and drive sustainability initiatives while producing weekly, monthly, and annual safety metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience organizing, planning, and executing EHS projects
• Experience delivering presentations to senior leadership and external partners
• Strong communication and project management skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and implement programs and processes
• Manage project resources and coordinate planning and execution
• Support development, implementation, and accountability of standard safety programs
• Drive sustainability efforts including waste diversion and value‑add recovery programs
• Provide support for project safety management and oversight as needed
• Coordinate the EHS and Security assessment program including scheduling, reporting, and tracking findings to completion
• Develop and implement safety training content through the learning management system
• Complete inspections, audits, and other assigned activities within the task management system
• Develop and publish key metrics and reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
