Our client, a leading legal services and technology company, is seeking a 2nd Shift eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee matters from intake through completion while partnering closely with a collaborative pod of Project Managers and cross‑functional teams. This individual will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, client‑focused experience – balancing timelines, budgets and competing priorities while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders, all while bringing a consultative approach to anticipate needs and proactively solve challenges. The role requires the ability to apply best practice workflows across a range of eDiscovery matters, communicate effectively, and manage multiple engagements simultaneously without sacrificing quality. This is a remote position open to candidates across the U.S.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage eDiscovery matters efficiently within established timelines and budgets
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal team members
• Follow established processes and standard workflows across all assigned work
• Anticipate potential client challenges and proactively implement solutions
• Collaborate effectively within the PM pod and across internal teams to deliver high quality results
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders
• Prioritize and manage multiple matters and client needs throughout the day
• Maintain ongoing curiosity and interest in eDiscovery technology and tools
• Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are met through tailored workflows and solutions
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to high quality client delivery
• Support process improvements, teamwork, and innovation across cross‑functional groups

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree required

Expected salary for this role is $90,000 - $135,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
