Job summary

Michael Foods Wakefield facility is seeking a skilled operator to manage dryer packagers, record process data, and perform routine calibration and sanitation tasks. You will ensure adherence to safety rules and food safety standards while maintaining product quality and process stability.

Responsibilities include pre-operational inspections, routine paperwork, and the ability to start up and shut down all dryers. Prior manufacturing experience and a forklift/pallet jack license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dryer packagers and record readings, moisture and adjustments.
• Ensure safety and food safety/quality policies are followed at all times.
• Perform pre-operational and master sanitation tasks, calibrate moisture/solids/pH instruments.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot dryers; monitor process variables and paperwork.
