Job summary

Valley Cabinet Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Door Assembler to join our manufacturing team in De Pere, WI. You will perform assembly tasks, follow instructions, and help ensure quality while working with a collaborative crew.

This role offers hands-on learning, a strong focus on safety, and opportunities to grow within a family-owned operation that values its employees. Schedule details include 3pm-12:30am Mon-Thu and Fri 12pm-6pm with an extra $2/hour for second shift.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required.
• Comfort with using hand tools and following standard processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks using hand tools, equipment, and standard processes.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
• Ensure products are assembled accurately and meet quality standards.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and contribute to team productivity.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to meet production goals.
