Job summary

PACCAR Parts in Rockford, IL is seeking a full-time Distribution Associate to join our warehouse team. You will be cross-trained across receiving, stocking, order picking, packing and shipping to keep our parts flowing smoothly and customers satisfied.

In this role you’ll learn warehouse processes, operate our order picking software, and assist in training new teammates as you grow with PACCAR. The position offers a stable career path and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Commitment to safety in a warehouse environment.
Willingness to be cross-trained and rotate through all warehouse functions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Able to withstand heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

Receiving – verify delivery bills and product received; address compliance issues.
Stocking – assess quantity/size/weight and place material.
Order Picking – use warehouse software to fulfill customer orders.
Packing – train on best practices to protect items during transport.
Shipping – prepare shipping docs, weight, piece count and freight classification.
Assist in training new Distribution Associates.
