Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator PT for the 1st shift. The role involves coordinating forklift operators, drivers, and paperwork to ensure smooth shipping and receiving operations.

You will work Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay of $17.20 per hour plus shift differential and attendance-based bonuses for part-time staff. High attention to safety and accuracy is essential at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1 year relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to delegate and coordinate dock activities with tact and safety.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight and trailers to match warehouse capacities.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping and receiving documents (B.O.L.).
• Coordinate forklift operators, shuttle drivers, spotters, and truck drivers.
• Gather and maintain data and records related to shipping and receiving.
