Job summary

Phillips Staffing seeks a Digital Print Technician for our Fountain Inn, SC client. You will verify details from job orders, operate digital/Grand Format printers, and ensure color accuracy and quality across runs.

The role requires problem-solving, strong time management, and the ability to work with Windows/Linux tools. Expect 2nd shift (4 p.m.–2:30 a.m., Mon–Thu) with possible overtime and occasional cross-section plant duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with a digital printer, preferably Grand Format
• Prior Durst printer experience is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and instructions
• Proficient in Windows and Linux environments
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Verify size, color, and material from job orders
• Inspect printed products for clarity, color accuracy, and defects
• Set and adjust speed, temperature, color, media and carriage positions
• Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes to maintain quality
• Troubleshoot quality problems and seek supervisor assistance
• Follow equipment maintenance procedures
• Record run counts and dispose of spoilage
• Navigate hard drive directories and understand file extensions
• Overtime may be required and shift may vary
