• CDL Aspirations: if you have a Class A or B, awesome! If not, we’ll help you get the credentials to drive the beasts you build.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Surgery: Deep-diving into the guts of our fleet to diagnose and fix the "unfixable."
• Hydraulic Heroics: Mastering the complex lifters and compactors that do the heavy lifting for the community.
• Tech Wizardry: Using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to talk to the trucks' brains.
• Shop Camaraderie: Working in a high-energy shop where the coffee is hot, the music is loud, and your teammates have your back.
