Boulder Connect is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and overhaul heavy-duty diesel trucks, hydraulics, and specialized equipment to keep our fleet safe and productive.

You will use diagnostic software, plan repairs with the M5 planner system, and collaborate with the shop team while following safety regulations. Experience and a willingness to learn new digital tools are valued. This position offers hands-on training and opportunities for skill advancement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; technical diploma in diesel mechanics preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a diesel mechanic.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic software, computer literacy, and willingness to learn new digital tools.
  • Ability to pass safety standards and operate fleet vehicles and heavy equipment safely.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to read technical manuals, and work independently.

  • Work around loud noise, moving parts, vibrations, and varying weather conditions.
