Job summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a skilled assembler to perform basic electronic assembly operations on components and subassemblies in a manufacturing environment. You will set up and run wire bonders, die attach, epoxy dispense, and related equipment while maintaining quality records and adhering to production schedules.

Strong attention to detail, ability to read instructions, and capability to multitask across several machines are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling microelectronic assembly tasks and following detailed instructions.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly documentation accurately.
• Comfort with operating multiple specialized machines and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and routine electronic assembly operations on components or subassemblies.
• Setup and run wire bonding, die attach, epoxy dispense, chip shooter, and related equipment.
• Clean boards, maintain logs and paperwork per policy.
• Meet or exceed production schedules and quality standards.
• Interface with engineers and program managers; document progress.
• Operate ERP system transactions and follow production routing.
