Y-Axis is seeking a Die Cutter Operator for its Ramsey, MN facility. You will program, set up, and operate die cutting equipment, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring customer specifications are met.

You will read job tickets, make precise adjustments, and complete production documentation with accuracy. The role requires 3-5 years of die cutting experience, proficiency with dies, plates, stripping, and tooling, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced

Competenze

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience operating a die cutter (Brausse, Bobst, Sanwa, Kluge, Heidelberg).
• Prior experience with set-up, operation, and maintenance of die cutting machinery.
• Experience working with dies, plates, stripping, blanking, and tooling setups.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and production specifications.
• Skilled in performing machine adjustments and fine-tuning to meet quality standards.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, to support production and measurement tasks.

• Perform quality checks and continuously monitor machine operations to identify defects or malfunctions.
