Job summary

Pratt Industries in Kentucky is seeking a 2nd Shift Mastercut Machine Operator to run rotary die cutters, perform setup, operation, cleanup, and drive improvements in production efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience with die cutting processes, attention to quality, and ability to read factory masters.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Able to read and follow factory masters.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Able to perform basic high school math.

Responsibilities

• Set up print and die cut sections per proper setup techniques.
• Inspect dies and anilox rolls for damage before and after runs.
• Monitor box quality and production throughput.
• Train and assist other operators; cross-train on other machines.
• Complete production reports and maintenance requests promptly.
• Adhere to production schedule and safety policies.
