Job summary

Bocar US is hiring Production & Die Cast Technicians for our Tanner, Alabama facility on the 2nd shift. Starting pay is $19.415/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential, direct hire with excellent benefits.

Work involves loading/unloading castings, operating die casting equipment, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires manufacturing experience, ability to read and communicate in English, basic math, and physical ability to lift up to 22 pounds.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 22 pounds repeatedly during shift.
• Non-climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload aluminum castings from automated production equipment.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards and specifications.
• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing and die casting equipment.
• Deburr, straighten, polish, and finish castings using pneumatic and hand tools.
• Document production results and quality checks.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Pack and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
