AC&T Waynesboro, PA is hiring for a Deli Associate on the 2nd shift. You will prepare fresh meats and cheeses, assemble sandwiches, salads, and other cold items, and serve customers with a friendly, efficient approach.

You will follow food safety procedures, operate slicers and scales, and maintain clean work areas. The role requires a HS diploma or GED, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Deli counter or food preparation experience may be required.
• Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs, and use slicers, scales and registers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow all food handling and sanitation regulations.
• Courteous and efficient handling of customer requests and questions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive, exceptional service to deli counter customers.
• Recommend, slice, weigh, package, and price meats and cheeses.
• Prepare sandwiches, subs, salads and other cold items.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Maintain clean work areas and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Follow all food safety procedures and assist with training others.
