High School Diploma or GED required; prior custodial experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Part-time schedule; duties include event setup and reporting maintenance issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Prior custodial/janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Comfortable working safely in a warehouse/cross-dock environment around dock traffic and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, guard shack, shop, and breakroom.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; empty trash; replace liners.
• Dust surfaces; clean windows and glass doors.
• Sanitize high-touch points and stock supplies; monitor stock levels.
• Perform yard cleanup and assist with event/setup; report maintenance issues to supervisor.
