Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform a variety of custodial duties under supervision. Responsibilities include floor care, vacuuming, dusting, restroom restocking, and waste disposal across assigned facilities.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces in buildings.
• Operate light and heavy floor machines and attachments.
• Vacuum carpets and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report equipment issues and building defects to supervisors.
• Remove trash daily and replace liners as needed.
• Handle snow removal from entrances as directed.
• Snow removal from entrances and walkways as directed.
• Perform periodic duties: high dusting, wood/leather polishing; other tasks as assigned.
