Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for 2nd shift to perform a wide range of custodial duties in our facilities. The role includes floor care, dusting, window washing, restroom restocking, trash removal, and reportable maintenance issues.

The position requires basic cleaning responsibilities with no prior experience necessary and emphasizes the ability to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and contribute to a team.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Use a portable vacuum cleaner – back pack style.
• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo carpets.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; dust sills and high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and glass; clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Monitor for defects (e.g., unclogged urinals, lights) and report to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners; maintain entryway cleanliness.
• Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal from entryways as directed.
