Job summary

Owens Realty Services in Powder Springs, GA is seeking a 2nd Shift General Cleaner to join our facilities team. You will perform cleaning of offices, lobbies, bathrooms, and corridors to ensure a safe, clean environment for tenants and staff. The role requires English literacy and a High School Diploma or GED, with six months of related experience preferred. Night/weekend shifts are included.

Pay rate is $16.00/hr, with full-time and part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• English literacy required.

• Up to 6 months of related cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, breakrooms, lounges, corridors, bathrooms, elevators and stairways in a clean, neat and sanitary manner.
• Cleans toilets and sanitizes restrooms including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of all surfaces and stocks restroom with supplies.
• Cleans and dusts furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, trim, and related furnishings; moves furniture when directed by a supervisor.
