Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish).
• Ability to lead and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections for quality and safety and implement corrective action.
• Understand assignments and schedule for adequate coverage.
• Provide training and retraining per process requirements.
• Enforce policies and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with associates, peers, customers and managers.
• Supervise special projects and on-call employees.
• Audit keys, pagers, and payroll daily.
• Communicate project maintenance or cleaning challenges for resolution.
• Control and distribute inventory and equipment.
