ARAMARK is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee daily custodial operations in a large industrial manufacturing facility. You will lead a unionized custodial team across multiple shifts, ensuring a clean, safe workplace and adherence to labor agreements.

You will manage work assignments, attendance, training, and performance, coordinate staffing, monitor equipment use, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Supervisory experience in custodial, facilities, janitorial, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Experience working within a unionized workforce; familiarity with collective bargaining agreements preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills; knowledge of OSHA, workplace safety, and custodial best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with reporting systems.
