Job summary

Liberty Diversified International, Inc. (LDI) is seeking a Corrugator Operator at our Golden Valley, MN facility.

You will be responsible for mastering one end of the corrugator, setting up rolls, moving materials, stacking products, and communicating machine issues to ensure efficient production and high-quality outputs. The role reports to a Corrugator Supervisor and requires adaptability to overtime, weekends, and holidays, with a comprehensive benefits package and a strong emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; 1+ years manufacturing experience, or 2+ years manufacturing experience in lieu of education.
• Proficient data entry and basic computer skills.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up rolls on the wet-end, monitor paper rolls and machine performance, and support changeovers.
• On the dry-end, ensure orders are stacked safely and tagged correctly; verify quality checks.
• Document quality checks and report issues to leadership to maintain accuracy.
• Identify issues proactively and communicate with the team.
• Follow plant safety processes and perform other duties as assigned.
