Job summary

Hood Container Corporation in Atlanta, GA is seeking a 2nd Shift Corrugator Lead to oversee the corrugator line, guide a team of operators, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.

You will troubleshoot downtime, monitor equipment performance, conduct on‑the‑floor training, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize disruptions and maintain daily output goals. Shift: 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, Mon–Fri, with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably corrugated production.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the corrugator team during the second shift.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet daily output goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to address equipment malfunctions and implement preventive maintenance measures.
