• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with corrugator or packaging machinery.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift reliably.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the corrugator machine output and efficiently downstack finished corrugated sheets according to production specifications.
• Ensure proper stacking techniques to prevent damage to products and facilitate smooth handling for subsequent processes.
• Perform routine inspections of the downstacking area and equipment to identify and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment during the 2nd shift.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate any discrepancies or concerns to shift supervisors.
• Assist in housekeeping duties to keep the work area clean and organized.
