Job summary

Welch Packaging Group Inc is hiring for a 2nd shift Production Associate. You will assist with machine operation to help create finished products while maintaining safety and production standards.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, troubleshooting issues, checking box quality, and following the daily schedule. Prior experience in corrugated manufacturing and forklift use are a plus.

• Assist with machine operation to help create finished products.

• Set up and adjust machine settings to meet product specs.
• Troubleshoot problems during production.
• Check box quality including liner, warp, size and print.
• Adhere to production schedule and report scheduling issues.
• Maintain equipment efficiency and safety standards.
• Assist and train helpers on the line.
• Complete maintenance work orders as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
