Job summary

International Paper in Elizabethton, TN is hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Feeder to support corrugated manufacturing presses. You will work on rotary and Bobst die cutters, Flexo folder gluers, and related equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

You will assist operators, monitor performance, feed and stack sheets, help with setup of heads, print plates and dies, and ensure safety, quality and housekeeping standards are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and understand machine line up.
• Ability to understand/learn all operations of corrugated manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret instructions written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators in maintaining corrugated presses and related equipment.
• Observe and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and determine adjustments.
• Feed, catch and stack corrugated sheets at feed and stacking stations.
• Assist with order setups including heads, print plates and dies, while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Ensure all orders meet specifications including special instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers or supervisors.
