Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between positions within the Compression Molding cells.
• Stage in-process materials and finished goods.
• Operate molding presses and/or water jet equipment.
• Transport materials to and from production cells.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and start-up/shut-down procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete paperwork accurately.
