Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a 2nd shift Compression Molding Cell Associate in Huntington, IN to support production, operate molding presses and water jet equipment, and rotate through cells as needed.

You will stage materials, assist with changeovers, start-up/shut-down procedures, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting quality and productivity targets. Must train on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks and be available for overtime, including some weekends. Pay is $17.76 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to rotate between positions in the Compression Molding cells.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new processes and equipment quickly.
• Forklift experience required.
• Team-oriented with good communication and dependability.
• Experience in manufacturing or production cell preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team and rotate between positions in the compression molding cells.
• Stage in-process materials and finished goods.
• Operate molding presses and/or water jet equipment.
• Transport materials to and from production cells.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and start-up/shut-down procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and complete paperwork.
• Perform quality inspections and meet production targets.
