Job summary

Quva is hiring a Compounding Pharmacy Technician I for the 2nd shift in Bloomsbury, NJ. You will prepare sterile compounds in a cleanroom, adhering to cGMP and ISO standards, following detailed instructions to ensure quality and patient safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to pass background checks, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. It is a full-time, on-site position with a fixed schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to successfully complete a drug and background check.
• Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; sponsor not provided by Quva.

Responsibilities

• Compound sterile preparations accurately according to detailed instructions.
• Clean work area and cleanroom (surfaces wiped with aseptic wipe, occasional mopping).
• Comply with cGMPs and ISO standards on key steps in the work.
• Follow SOPs and maintain careful attention to detail in compounding protocols.
• Demonstrate initiative, manage time effectively, and connect work to patient care.
