Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all designated areas.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and baseboards.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.
• Replenish cleaning supplies as necessary and report inventory levels to supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure that all areas are free of debris and maintain a tidy, organized work environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.
