Job summary

AMETEK Coiling Team in Southington, CT is seeking a Coiler on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) after training on 1st shift. You will set up and operate Z-11/Z-10 coilers, maintain tooling, document daily production, and ensure quality with safety at the forefront.

Training starts on 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) for 2–4 weeks before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift. Equal opportunity employer; salary ranges provided based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Experience operating coil machines such as Z-11 and Z-10.
• Ability to prepare and maintain setup information.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain tooling and equipment used in coiling operations.
• Ability to review and complete required daily documentation.
• Commitment to safety, housekeeping, and policy compliance.
