Job summary

Far Bank is seeking a Manufacturing Paint Specialist to operate within the Blanks Coating Department, applying color and clear coatings to rod blanks and maintaining coating equipment to meet SAGE quality standards. The role collaborates with Production, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to achieve production goals and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The position offers two shifts, with this opening on the 2nd shift, 2:15pm to 12:45am, and features an hourly rate between $20 and $25, plus a

Responsibilities

• Mixing paint with catalyst according to specifications.
• Balance workload between coating, drying, and downstream operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate production status during shift pass-down meetings.
• Inventory monitoring and reporting.
• Waste disposal.
• SDS compliance.
• Test with Engineering to improve yield, production and quality.
