As the 2nd Shift CNC Specialist, you will join our Durex Industries and support…We are seeking an experienced CNC Okuma Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience programming, setting up, operating, and supporting Okuma CNC machine tools and OSP Controls. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical knowledge of multi-axis machining, including milling, turning, and mill-turn processes, and will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing operations, improving process efficiency, and supporting production teams.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to develop standardized machining documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay Range: $28 - $36
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience supporting high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and mentor production personnel.
