Job summary

Alinabal, LLC is seeking a CNC Milling Rod Form Specialist for the second shift on TEMP TO PERM basis. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce rod-formed components with strict adherence to drawings and quality standards.

You will work closely with engineering and quality teams to optimize processes, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain detailed production records. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably in a rod-forming or precision machining environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture rod-formed components according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools to ensure quality compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with engineers and quality inspectors to refine machining processes and improve production efficiency.
• Maintain detailed production records, including machine settings and quality checks.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with training other operators as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing objectives.
