Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
• 8+ years in manufacturing, CNC experience strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Strong leadership qualities: reliable attendance, positive attitude, excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the production team for daily operations.
• Monitor and improve CNC station efficiency.
• Communicate between employees, management, and other departments.
• Coach on performance, attendance, safety, and company policies.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe workplace.
• Plan staffing and scheduling.
