Job summary

SuperATV in Madison, IN is hiring a CNC Press Brake Operator on the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM). You’ll operate and set up a CNC press brake, read complex blueprints, and work in a fast-paced, quality-focused team dedicated to precision and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CNC experience, especially with press brakes; familiarity with Haas equipment and Mastercam is a plus. You’ll lift up to 70 pounds and help drive continuous improvement in tooling and workflow

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating CNC machinery, especially press brakes.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with Haas CNC equipment and Mastercam is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and safely operate CNC press brake per drawings.
• Read blueprints to ensure precision and spec conformance.
• Measure parts with digital protractors and height gauges for tolerances.
• Maintain production logs in Smart Sheet for tracking.
• Prioritize tasks to meet daily production targets safely.
• Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and tooling.
