Dorman Products, through its SuperATV division, is seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator for the 2nd shift in Madison, IN. Operate CNC press brakes, read blueprints, set up tooling, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. You will document production, maintain equipment, and support continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience operating CNC machines, especially press brakes.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with Haas CNC equipment and tooling changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and safely operate CNC press brake per specs.
• Read complex blueprints and ensure components meet tolerances.
• Measure with protractors, height gauges, and tapes for accuracy.
• Maintain production logs and report progress daily.
• Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and safety.
