Job summary

Crystal Group is hiring a 2nd Shift CNC Operator to support the Manufacturing Department in producing precision-machined components for rugged computer servers. You will set up and operate CNC mills, monitor quality, and ensure safety and efficiency through proper tooling, calibration, and documentation.

The role requires blueprint literacy, G-code familiarity (Fanuc/Haas/Siemens), and 1+ year of CNC experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status).
• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of CNC machine experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, setup sheets, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls (Fanuc/Haas/Siemens).
• Basic math, measurement tools, strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and finishing equipment per specs.
• Load materials, adjust settings, align tooling, and calibrate machines.
• Perform in-process inspections with micrometers/calipers.
• Monitor operations, maintain part quality, and adjust as needed.
• Document travelers, inspections, and time logs accurately.
• Keep work area clean and safe; follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to resolve machining issues and improve processes.
