The role requires reading blueprints, basic machining knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior CNC experience is preferred; strong safety focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Stand, bend and walk for prolonged periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of tooling setup for CNC operations.
• Ability to use inspection tools to perform quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery and tools for daily operation.
• Start, operate, and monitor machinery according to instructions and safety guidelines.
• Make machine adjustments as needed to improve performance and maintain quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with machines or tools promptly.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts, using inspection tools as needed.
• Accurately follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support production needs.
