Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or CNC experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• CNC Machine Operation: load/unload materials, operate to schedules and quality standards, adjust and inspect as needed.
• Assembly: build components using hand and power tools per blueprints and specs, inspect finished products.
• Shipping & Receiving: verify inbound materials, prepare orders, package products, and load/unload with equipment, maintain inventory accuracy.
