Job summary

Medline Howell, MI is seeking a 3rd shift operator to ensure the efficient operation of basic equipment and to produce quality parts. Under direct supervision, you will set dies, start up and shut down machines according to work orders and setup parameters sheets, while meeting all requirements for sequence, specifications, and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, general mechanical aptitude, the ability to stand for 8 hours, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set dies, startup and shut down of machines per work order/setup parameters.
• Complete basic troubleshooting and escalate complex problems.
• Notify maintenance/supervision of machine issues affecting quality/safety.
• Maintain 5S and machine hygiene; keep work area clean and orderly.
• Build effective relationships with Production Associate team members to improve processes.
