All-Pro Fasteners Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and operate Fanuk Controls, Kuma, and Haas CNC lathes and mills in Arlington, TX. You will fabricate steel parts for the fastener industry, perform maintenance, and ensure traceability and quality of each piece.

The role requires reading work orders, selecting tooling, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean, safe shop environment. Candidates must be physically capable and eager to learn, with strong English communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate Fanuk, Kuma, and Haas CNC lathes and mills to fabricate steel parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and monitor tooling wear.
• Ensure material traceability and document production records accurately.
• Provide first article and get QC approval; inspect parts for conformity.
• Read work orders and daily production schedules; meet daily targets.
• Select and install proper tooling/fixtures for jobs.
• Report produced quantity and maintain clean work area before shift end.
• Handle lifting and pushing tasks up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain safety and tool operation within standard procedures.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and logs in English.
• Keep accurate documentation of procedures, results, and any nonconformances.

All-Pro Threaded is located at: 1907 Peyco Dr Arlington, Tx 76001. This shift is 2:45p - 11:15p.

Summary

Sets up and operates Fanuk Controls, Kuma, and Haas Control CNC Lathe and Mill machines to fabricate steel parts for the fastener industry:

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
• Adhere to material traceability procedures
• Select and install proper tooling and/or fixtures and program
• Provide first article to QC Supervisor/Lead for approval signature
• Periodically inspect parts for conformity to specifications
• Provide accurate account of pieces produced
• Police and clean work area 15 minutes prior to end of shift
• Frequently pushes, pulls and lifts up to 50 pounds
• Reads and interprets work orders and daily production schedules

• Measurement Proficiency: Knowledge of calipers, gauges, and other required measuring tools.

• Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with metals, partholding fixtures, and lathe/mill tooling.
• Communication: Basic oral communication skills and the ability to read, comprehend, and complete logs and reports in English.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components.
• Policy Compliance: Availability to work scheduled hours and adhere to all company policies, including timekeeping.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a nonclimatecontrolled shop environment and stand for an entire shift.
