Norris Cylinder Company is hiring a CNC/Manual Machinist for our Longview, Texas facility. The role covers production, inspection, and distribution of our high-pressure cylinders, with a promote-from-within approach for career growth.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of CNC or manual machining experience, and must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including overtime and weekends. Competitive pay depends on experience and plant needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures.
• Adheres to the Quality Policy, including ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned work sites.
• Ability to assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts by operating mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of milling, lathe programming, manual lathes, set-up, and operations.
