Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corporation hires a Machinist to set up and operate manual and CNC machines, delivering quality parts from drawings with close tolerances. You will perform first/last piece inspections, document results, and maintain 6S housekeeping in a fast-paced cell environment.

The role requires reading complex blueprints, GD&T knowledge, and the ability to adjust speeds/feeds. Overtime and weekend hours may be required, with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certificate or AAS in Machining/Manufacturing Technology preferred.
• 2+ years CNC/machining experience preferred, including setups, speeds/feeds, measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run and adjust machine tools to meet tolerances and finishes.
• Inspect first and last pieces and document results.
• Maintain 6S housekeeping and work area organization.
• Debug and edit CNC programs in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Follow standard work procedures to meet production requirements.
