• Minimum 3 years of experience operating 5+ axis CNC mills/turns.
• Ability to set up jobs, select tooling, and configure parameters.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operates multi-axis CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision components.
• Sets up jobs, selects tooling, configures machine parameters, and prepares work-holding solutions.
• Reviews sketches, drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production.
• Takes precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other standard tools.
• Monitors machining operations and adjusts parameters to maintain accuracy and part quality.
• Inspects completed parts, documents quality results, and addresses defects.
• Performs routine machine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure reliable operation.
• Maintains inventory of completed parts and keeps the work area organized.
• Follows traveler steps and production processes to complete assigned work.
• Adheres to all safety policies and works independently to complete daily tasks.
