You will set up and operate CNC machines, ensure tooling readiness, and uphold strict quality standards while maintaining safe, efficient operations in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating CNC equipment; attention to detail.
• Able to communicate with all levels of management.
• Familiar with Siemens 840D and Fanuc 31i-B5 controls.
• Knowledge of tooling, setups, and cutters.
• Understand QMS reporting and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce high‑precision components.
• Prepare tooling and materials; coordinate setups with programmers.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and tool storage.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize production needs.
• Suggest improvements to reduce manufacturing time.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 procedures and quality standards.
• Report quality or workflow concerns and address customer requirements.
