Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience is required.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and/or mills to manufacture defense components.
• Perform setups and changeovers based on job requirements.
• Load, change, and monitor cutting tools.
• Make offsets and process adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Identify machining issues and implement adjustments.
• Maintain quality and productivity to support defense production schedules.
