C&S Machine is seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist in Niles, MI to support aerospace part production. You will set up and run CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality standards. The role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced shop.

The position offers a 2nd shift premium of $45 per shift/day and regular full-time employment in a clean, organized facility. Night shift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience operating CNC or similar machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and monitor CNC machines to keep production moving.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications.
• Track production and maintain basic records.
