Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with preferred technical training.
• Associates degree or vocational training preferred.
• One year of experience in the division as a driller or pattern rigger.
• Basic computer skills; able to calibrate and read precision measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Perform first part inspections and measure finished parts.
• Maintain a neat and orderly workstation.
• Assist with tooling changes and machine adjustments.
