Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years CNC experience, strong leadership, and ability to read GD&T, with a focus on ISO/AS quality systems and lean practices. This is a hands‑on, lead role on 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years CNC machining (turning and milling) experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with ISO/AS quality systems and lean/5S practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily CNC operations for turning, milling, and Swiss machines.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, assist with setups, offsets, tooling, and program reviews.
• Ensure ISO/AS quality checks and documentation are completed correctly.
• Maintain a safe work area and enforce PPE and OSHA requirements.
• Monitor production KPIs and resolve issues quickly.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to improve processes.
• Train operators and support onboarding for new hires.

$28/hr to $36/hr + $2 shift differential

We are looking for a hands‑on CNC Machine Shop Lead with strong Swiss machining experience to support and guide a team of CNC operators. This role combines daily machining support with leadership responsibilities to keep production running safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily CNC operations for turning, milling, and Swiss machines
• Troubleshoot machining issues, assist with setups, offsets, tooling, and program reviews
• Ensure ISO/AS quality checks and documentation are completed correctly
• Maintain a safe work area and enforce PPE and OSHA requirements
